All sales of Nyroo products are final. No refunds are provided, whether for individual apps, bundles, or additional license seats, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, or where our payment processor (as merchant of record) determines one is required under its own policies.

Why: Nyroo products are digital goods delivered instantly — your license code is issued and usable the moment payment completes, and every paid app has a free in-browser preview and a detailed listing so you can evaluate before buying. By completing a purchase you acknowledge immediate delivery and agree that this waives any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If something is genuinely broken, email hello@nyroo.app — we'll work to fix the software or your activation. Support, not refunds.

Free tools are, of course, free; there's nothing to refund.

• Licenses are personal, non-transferable rights to use the software; you may move a seat between your own computers by deactivating.
• Codes obtained by fraud, chargeback, or reselling may be revoked without refund.
• Software is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
• “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product — we'll keep it activatable, and you keep the installers you've downloaded.
• If any part of these terms is unenforceable where you live, the rest still applies.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We look for software that is:

• Useful — solves a real problem cleanly.
• Safe — no malware, no hidden data collection, clear permissions.
• Honest — does exactly what the listing says.
• Fair — sensible pricing; lifetime options preferred over subscriptions.

We remove anything that breaks these standards, and we act quickly on reports.

Sellers keep the majority of each sale via a transparent revenue split, set at listing time. Sellers are responsible for honoring their own support and any “lifetime” commitments — which is why lifetime listings are best suited to low-maintenance, locally-run software.
